Every person living in Ventura County deserves the opportunity to experience a healthy, safe, fulfilling, and good quality of life in our communities.

My commitment to the people facing adversity and the toughest situations is to ensure they have the tools, resources, and support they need to flourish. I want to ensure everyone in our community has access to healthcare, basic needs like food and housing, and support when experiencing a challenging time. 

I am proud of Ventura County’s recent investments in creating additional housing, dedicating resources to supporting people who are unhoused, continuing enhancements of Behavioral Health services, and continued support for our community by connecting residents to CalFresh, Medi-Cal, and CalWORKs.
